This Refund Policy explains when professional service fees paid to AccruLynx may or may not be refunded. It applies to packages listed on our Pricing page and to custom engagements unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

General rule
Professional service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, a case has been assigned, or a consultation has been scheduled or conducted—whichever applies to your package.
Fees cover AccruLynx's professional time and preparation. They are separate from government taxes, duties, penalties, or third-party charges unless expressly stated in writing.
Pakistan tax filing packages
Package-specific refund triggers:
- Essential Tax Filing: no refund once the filing process has started.
- Priority Tax Filing: no refund once the case has been assigned to the team.
- Premium Consultant Filing: no refund once the consultation is scheduled, conducted, or work has started.
- NTN Registration: no refund once application preparation has started.
International and custom engagements
Fixed-fee, milestone, and retainer engagements follow the refund terms in the signed proposal or engagement letter. If no document exists yet, no refund applies once discovery work or delivery has started.
Deposits for custom scope are applied to the final invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
When refunds do not apply
Delays or outcomes outside our control do not qualify for a refund, including:
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or late documents from you or your advisors.
- Government portal downtime, regulator delays, or third-party processing issues.
- Changes in law or authority interpretation after work has started.
- Your decision not to proceed after we have allocated team time.
Exclusions and additional charges
Unless separately quoted and agreed, the following are not included in standard packages and are billed separately: FBR notice reply, audit support, refund follow-up with authorities, bookkeeping cleanup, prior-year revisions, SECP matters, and complex multi-entity analysis.

AccruLynx does not guarantee tax refunds from authorities, specific financial results, regulatory approvals, or audit opinions. Professional fees are for assistance and documentation support—not for guaranteed outcomes.
How to request a refund
Email Hi@AccruLynx.com with your name, organization, service purchased, payment reference, and reason for the request. We respond within a reasonable time and may ask for additional information to verify eligibility.
